We pride ourselves on being made in the USA using only the finest ingredients. Our jerky is minimally processed without nitrates, nitrites, gluten or MSG.

Dan, the mastermind behind LBJC, has always had a passion for making beef Jerky and creating his own recipes from scratch. In 2021 he decided to test the waters and did his market research. He was successful from the start, earning rave reviews on his homemade jerky. Based on this success, London Bridge Jerky Company was born!
